I've experienced a noticeable benefit after taking lutein from marigold extract for two months. At 46 years of age, I've found that my eyes are less tired when using digital devices. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and they should only be taken with fat-containing foods for optimal effect. I highly recommend this product for its quality and effectiveness. I periodically give this to my husband to help alleviate eye fatigue from increased screen time. The effects are cumulative and can take time to notice, but this supplement works better than others we've tried, such as Chernikaforte. Just a reminder that it’s essential to take it with fatty foods for better absorption.
